Hampshire Adviceline
Hampshire Adviceline - your questions answered
Adviceline is a nationally funded initiative which will enable more clients to access the expert information and advice provided by our bureaux. Using “Virtual Call Centre (VCC)” technology, a pool of CABx agree to answer calls at certain times on certain days.
Currently, a finite number of telephone lines into each bureau means that people are often unable to get through when they need help the most. Adviceline frees up more assessors to answer more calls offering more opportunities for local people to get the help and advice they need.
