What help and support will we get?

Both Citizens Advice and Hampshire Advice Plus will support you through the process.

How much resource will we have to give to the project?

It is recommended that you nominate a single named individual (not a job share) to act as the primary point of contact for your bureau/district/group. This person will work closely with Citizens Advice and Hampshire Advice Plus. Having a dedicated support for Adviceline ensures consistency, reduces duplication and mistakes.

We don’t have anyone qualified/available to run this project for us.

We recommend that you ‘advertise’ the position across the Hampshire CAB network and on the CitA and CitaH websites/network to encourage any interested volunteers. It will require someone with excellent project management and communication skills.
