Our trained advisors offer expert advice on virtually any problem, no matter how big or how small. Simply contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau either by phone, making an appointment at the bureau or arranging a home visit. Alternatively, you can access the same information by clicking on the map on our homepage.

By phone

If you prefer to use the phone, a number of Hampshire bureaux operate Adviceline - a telephone service  specifically to give help and support to clients who can't make it to a bureau. If you live in Basingstoke, East Hampshire, the New Forest or Rushmoor, specially trained assessors are on-line waiting for your calls.
