Simply contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau either by phone, making an appointment at the bureau or arranging a home visit. If you prefer to use the phone, a number of Hampshire bureaux operate Adviceline - a telephone service specifically to give help and support to clients who can't make it to a bureau. If you live in Basingstoke, East Hampshire, the New Forest or Rushmoor, specially trained assessors are on-line waiting for your calls.
